Shinobu, a clueless ninja‑in‑training, is tasked with proving her skills by stealing every high‑school girl’s panties. Her first target, Kaede Shiranui, catches her red‑handed; instead of anger, Kaede becomes the sensible voice that quickly befriends Shinobu.
