Necromentia

Travis, who cares for his mentally disabled brother and works as a torturer for hire, is addicted to heroin. A ketamine trip catapults him into the realm of Morbius, a black-eyed demon who informs him that his brother has been taken.

Morbius reveals to Travis that Mister Skinny has kidnapped his brother, setting the rescue mission in motion. This demonic revelation motivates Travis to pursue whatever means necessary.

Mister Skinny appears as a diaper-wearing pig-masked butcher and tries to entice a sleeping babysitter into violence. The unsettling figure demonstrates the peril posed by the demonic troublemakers pursuing the child.

Morbius instructs Travis to locate Hagen and secure him as a gateway to Hell. The plan suggests Hagen could allow entry to the next realm and possibly retrieve the soul of his decomposing lover.

Travis convinces Hagen that the gateway will let him reach the afterlife and possibly revive his lover's soul. Hagen agrees to participate, hoping to escape his despair.

Travis carves demonic symbols into Hagen's back and sends him to Hell, where an eyeless beast mutilates him before the hunt for the brother begins.

Travis follows into the demonic realm to search for his brother but is disabled and dragged into darkness by the grotesque creature. The brutal encounter leaves him out of action for now.

Morbius is revealed to be the beast himself, controlled by a gray-skinned man in a gas mask who acts as a hidden puppeteer. This twist exposes a larger chain of control behind Morbius.

It is revealed that Morbius was once a mute bartender who dabbled in the occult. This backstory hints at the source of his powers and his sorrow.

Elizabeth, Morbius's girlfriend, grows bored with the relationship and collaborates with Hagen to poison him. They hope to end Morbius's hold over them.

When Morbius fails to expire on schedule, Hagen inadvertently becomes a murderer by killing the mute with a folding chair after Morbius chokes the life from Elizabeth. This sequence shows the plan spiraling into unintended violence.

Morbius finds himself in Hell and confronts the gas-masked entity, who is revealed to be Elizabeth's unborn son. He pleads for revenge, and the entity agrees that revenge will seal his fate.

Morbius collapses and slowly transforms into the white skinned, black eyed demon seen earlier. He finally becomes the towering mutilated form that exacts revenge on Hagen and drags Travis away into the darkness.
