A young man named Vadym makes a living recording sounds, but dreams of escaping his life in Kyiv for a new beginning in Canada. When a promising job offer arises, he embarks on a journey through Ukraine to document the sounds of native animals and a rare Carpathian bird. The trip becomes more complex when he's accompanied by his mother, leading to a visually creative and tragicomic road movie from debuting director Antonio Lukich.
