This dark and artistically uncompromising film portrays three young Russian women yearning for a life of freedom. Alyona, Alika, and Katya dream of love, friendship, and escape from Russia, but the outbreak of war against Ukraine complicates their aspirations. Faced with the challenges of leaving, one seeks refuge in Georgia, another in Spain, while the third remains within Russia. The film explores a generation disillusioned with political action, choosing to express their resistance through embracing a modern, Western lifestyle focused on identity, sexuality, and pop culture, all set against a backdrop of nighttime cityscapes.
