After separating from her husband, a woman takes refuge in a friend's seaside villa. The friend never appears on screen, communicating only via phone, while the woman's eccentric teenage son, reminiscent of a 1960s pop group, also stays there. The boy becomes infatuated with his mother, who frequently wears revealing clothing and leaves the bedroom door open while changing.
