Champion rodeo rider H.D. Dalton’s promising career is shattered when a bull goring ends his competitive days. Returning to his hometown he discovers the family farm abandoned, his former girlfriend Jolie living as a widowed mother, and his sister Cheryl has placed their aging father in a nursing home, forcing H.D. to confront an altered life.
