Driven by a desire to fit in, a couple overextends themselves to buy a house in an affluent neighborhood. The property is offered at a reduced price due to a tragic murder-suicide that occurred previously. They quickly befriend a neighbor, but unsettling events begin to unfold, leading them to suspect their friendly acquaintance may be connected to the prior deaths. As they investigate, they must uncover the truth before they become the next victims.
