K's health takes a drastic turn, signaling the end of their time together. The couple confronts the reality that their days are limited.

They spend Cream's birthday on their last day together. Cream asks what K wishes for, and he answers that it's a secret. She reveals her wish that in the next lifetime he can find her sooner. They take their last photo together.

During their final moment, K passes away after their last photo. This ends the couple's immediate life together.

Cream apologizes to Joo-hwan for cheating him. Joo-hwan visits their grave, implying Cream committed suicide after K's death.
