On the lunar far side, the most dangerous offenders escape the Off‑World Penitentiary and hide aboard the Moonbase Waste Disposal Plant. Beneath the surface the base stores a cache of nuclear warheads, the prisoners’ ticket back to Earth. Commander John Russell must rally his crew and battle a force capable of devastating an entire planet to prevent the weapons from being used.
