The plan is aggressive: Rs 5 Lakhs in exchange for the car, with the assumption that a new vehicle will appear in the garage by the next day. To keep up appearances and ensure that there is a car at hand, Sameer and Gattu rent another Ertiga from a Jat family—a temporary solution meant to bridge the gap until a more permanent fix can be found. The rental window is tight, ending at 6 PM the same day, and the fee is steep, but the urgency of the wedding creates a high-stakes scramble.
