Meet Me Next Christmas

Layla's flight to New York City is delayed, preventing her from spending Christmas with her boyfriend, Tanner. Using this unexpected free time, she decides to relax in the first-class lounge where she meets two strangers, Teddy and James.

During her time in the lounge, Layla encounters James, who strikes up a conversation about the Pentatonix's Christmas Eve concert. Captivated by their connection, they agree to meet again at the next year's concert if they are both still single, leaving their reunion to fate.

Close to Christmas, Layla arrives home early, excited to surprise Tanner with dinner. To her shock, she discovers Tanner is cheating on her, shattering her holiday spirit and leaving her heartbroken.

After a heart-to-heart conversation with her friend Roxy, Layla recalls the pact she made with James about meeting at the Christmas concert. Motivated by a sense of hope, she frantically searches for tickets, desperate to reconnect with him.

Finding out that the Pentatonix concert is sold out, Layla feels disheartened. However, she stumbles upon James's photo purchasing tickets online, reinforcing her determination to attend the concert.

In her quest for concert tickets, Layla turns to a company called Impromptu, known for securing hard-to-get tickets. Teddy, who works there and is nearing the end of his probation, is instructed to find Layla and help her acquire the tickets as his last chance.

Layla and Teddy's search leads them to a scalper who tricks them into buying tickets for the previous year's show. Despite their efforts, they leave disappointed but determined to keep looking.

While on their ticket hunt, Layla and Teddy encounter a wealthy couple who gifts Layla a designer dress in exchange for their help finding a rare Chanel purse. This interaction helps them further their quest, but not without hurdles.

After a series of misadventures, they find themselves at Teddy's mother's house where she encourages them to put on a lip-sync performance to secure concert tickets. This performance requires practice and a trip down memory lane for both characters.

At the Snow Ball where Layla and Teddy perform, their chemistry leads to a passionate kiss, though they only secure second place. However, the Pentatonix band members, impressed by their performance, decide to gift Layla a ticket.

Upon receiving her ticket, Layla is given a special condition: Teddy is to dress as Santa during the concert. Their antics continue as Teddy slides down a chimney during the show to surprise her.

Before the concert, while Roxy assists Layla in getting ready, Layla confesses her growing feelings for Teddy. This pivotal moment sets the stage for her confrontation with emotions during the concert.

As Layla rushes to the concert, she unexpectedly runs into James and mistakenly believes he's there for her. They briefly discuss her feelings for Teddy, complicating Layla's romantic journey.

After a series of mishaps, Layla and Teddy finally meet on stage. They declare their love and share a kiss, culminating their frantic journey and emphasizing the fate of their earlier pact.
