Mark Antony

In 1975, Chiranjeevi, a scientist, creates a telephone that can dial people in the past by selecting a date. The device only allows one call per chosen date, making each use carefully strategic. This invention sets up the film’s central premise of changing history.

Ekambaram shoots Antony in a club, and Chiranjeevi dies in the crossfire. With Antony dead and Chiranjeevi gone, Jackie ascends as the sole kingpin. He adopts Antony’s son Mark, raising him as his own.

In 1995, Mark works as a garage mechanic in Royapuram and bears a grudge against Antony for Vedhavalli’s death. He is in love with Ramya and plans to marry, but Jackie blocks his plans out of fear for his safety. The tension between past loyalties and present life defines his daily struggles.

At the registrar’s office, Ekambaram tries to shoot Jackie. The plan fails and he is killed later that night, signaling a new wave of violence. The event deepens Jackie’s hold over the city while marginalizing Mark’s world.

Ramya’s mother learns that Mark is Antony’s son, complicating their relationship and triggering pressure to end the romance. She urges Mark to leave Ramya alone for safety and family reasons. The revelation redefines loyalties in Chennai’s gangster world.

One drunken night, Mark finds Chiranjeevi’s time telephone and realizes its power. He uses it to pull Vedhavalli and his younger self from danger at Ekambaram’s hands. This marks the first concrete step toward altering history.

Mark warns Antony’s advocate Selvam about his impending demise and asks him to meet in 1995 at his garage. Selvam escapes the danger, and Mark learns that Antony was not the villain Jackie painted him to be. He discovers Jackie is the mastermind behind Antony and Vedhavalli’s deaths.

Using the telephone, Mark calls the past and alters events, resulting in Jackie’s death in the earlier timeline. The shift ripples into the present, creating new power dynamics and setting the stage for later confrontations. The timeline now runs on a different arc.

Mark wakes up in the present to find himself in Jackie’s place as a gangster, with Ekambaram as his guardian. Jackie's son Madhan now occupies Mark’s former role as a mechanic. The living arrangements flip, forcing both men to navigate a dangerous mirror-world.

Madhan discovers the time telephone’s existence and informs Jackie about Mark’s involvement in history-changing events. Jackie begins to reassess his plans, sensing a new challenger to the old order. The revelation heightens the risk of further conflicts.

Jackie launches an assault at the club godown to kill Antony, but the latter survives the initial attempts. Antony begins to see through Jackie’s true intentions, and the two sides brace for a decisive showdown. The clash draws in Ekambaram and other actors from the underworld.

Mark wakes up again to find the original present restored: he is a mechanic alongside Ekambaram, while Jackie remains alive and Madhan is a gangster. The reset reanchors the power structure, but tensions remain high. The past actions still haunt both sides of the city’s criminal landscape.

Madhan kidnaps Ramya and orders Mark to appear at the club godown. Mark must confront his enemies and shield Ramya from further harm as the confrontation nears. The stakes escalate as alliances are tested under pressure.

Antony arrives and methodically eliminates Jackie's henchmen, signaling a major shift in the underworld balance. It’s revealed that Ekambaram saved Antony after the club shootout and sent him to Colombia, where he forged a new underworld partnership. The old guard’s plans begin to crumble under these revelations.

Antony defeats Jackie and Madhan in the final clash, reuniting with Mark. He uses the telephone to contact Vedhavalli, who is being held at gunpoint by Chiranjeevi, demanding the return of the phone. Jackie confronts Antony and, in a chilling moment, Antony laughs and says 'Welcome back.'
