Johnny, [Baburaj], is a lorry driver with an insatiable sex drive. He is married to wife Lissy, [Kiran Rathod], and he fixates on Sophie, [Oviya Helen], a young girl who has come to stay with them. He repeatedly tries to push her toward marrying him, but she does not agree, and Lissy grows increasingly angry at his behavior and scolds him for it. In a fit of rage, he kills Lissy with a knife and then rapes and kills Sophie and his eleven-year-old daughter Jeena. He is arrested and sent to jail, where he is subjected to torture by his fellow inmates.
Crime Branch Officer [David J Mathew] / [Prithviraj Sukumaran] leads the investigation and uncovers a fourth victim connected to Johnny’s crime. When questioned, Johnny claims that Kamal Pasha, a young man from Bangalore [Adithya Menon], was the one who killed the others. He reveals that Pasha was in love with Lissy, but she did not accept him, and Pasha was arrested on a false charge invented by her father Kochupaulose for loving her. Lissy kept silent about Pasha to protect him from Johnny and to preserve a life with Johnny and Jeena. Johnny later overhears a conversation that reveals Lissy was pregnant with Pasha’s child, and that child is Jeena. He tries to tell Lissy that Jeena is his daughter, but she insists that Jeena is Johnny’s daughter.
Pasha, angered by the situation, goes to their house and kills Sophie and Jeena. In a furious backlash, Lissy wounds Pasha with a knife, and Pasha, in turn, kills Lissy. In revenge, Johnny murders Pasha and throws his body into the river.
He confesses to the police that he killed his own family as punishment for planning to marry Sophie and for Lissy’s attempt at starting a new life. He asks David to keep the truth hidden. David and his team later leak to the media that Johnny killed Pasha and his family to protect Lissy, planning to reveal the real truth only when Pasha’s corpse is found.
