This revealed that Sunny had fabricated the suicide note and planted it to make Ancy's death appear genuine.

The wedding night intrusion when Jaffar stared through the window signaled that he knew more about the truth than anyone realized.

Sunny killed Venugopal during the confrontation at the abandoned building when Jaffar attempted to blackmail him. When Jaffar revealed that he had witnessed Sunny murdering Ancy, Sunny shot Jaffar. In the ensuing chaos, Venugopal was also killed by Sunny, likely to prevent him from exposing the truth and arresting Sunny for the murders.

Venugopal had been investigating Ancy's death and was growing closer to uncovering the real truth, making him a threat to Sunny's freedom.

Jaffar sought revenge against Sunny because Sunny, as a public prosecutor, had successfully convicting Jaffar for murder and the rape of four women, leading to a 40-year prison sentence. From his cell, Jaffar vowed to murder Sunny and his family. After escaping from prison, Jaffar made good on his threat by targeting the family.

The opening scenes establish Jaffar as a dangerous criminal whose capture by Venugopal and conviction by Sunny sets the revenge plot in motion.
