Near the edge of a cliff in Bhairavakona, Mithravindha Devi pleads with Bhairava to confess his love. He begins to utter his feelings, but the moment is cut short as she slips from the edge and falls toward the depths below.

Bhairava dives after Mithra in a desperate bid to reach her, but the span of the fall is too wide and he cannot save her. The moment seals their doomed romance as Mithra expires and Bhairava remains on the cliff, anguished.

A Muslim general, Sher Khan, retrieves his armour and proclaims that Bhairava will be reborn to reclaim his lost love. The prophecy signals a century-spanning fate that binds the two reincarnations.

In Udaigarh, Ranadev Billa, Vikram Singh's general, challenges Bhairava to a duel for Mithra's hand. Bhairava wins the bout, banishing Ranadev from the court and shattering his plans.

With Ranadev defeated, Khan's army advances toward Bhairavakona. Bhairava fights bravely and defeats 100 Khan soldiers, and Khan, impressed by his bravery, begins to rethink his stance toward him.

Ranadev forms an alliance with Khan's army and closes in on Bhairavakona. In a fatal strike, Ranadev stabs Mithra; Bhairava decapitates Ranadev, ending Mithra's life. Before dying, Mithra begs Bhairava to confess his love, but the moment is interrupted as she falls from the cliff.

Devastated by Mithra's death, Bhairava is overwhelmed by grief and leaps after her, choosing to embrace the same fate rather than live without her.

In 2009, Harsha, a street-bike racer, experiences strange visions after brushing hands with a woman who will become Indu. He searches for her and is misled by Indu, who pretends ignorance while her friends manipulate him for favors. After he defends her from harassers, Indu begins to develop genuine feelings for him.

Indu's father Pratap Varma is evicted from his Rajasthan estate by Omdev, the late sister’s husband. Raghuveer, Omdev’s son, and Raghuveer murder several lawyers to tighten their claim before traveling to Hyderabad to kill Pratap. Raghuveer's obsession with Indu begins to surface as these schemes unfold.

Raghuveer kills his father and uses deception to keep Indu and Pratap trusting him. He makes them believe Omdev died of natural causes while offering them the estate in exchange for loyalty.

Harsha discovers Indu's deception after their initial bond and pranks her in retaliation, but the friction gives way to budding love. Raghuveer soon learns that Harsha is the reincarnation of the warrior who killed his past-life foe.

Raghuveer arrives by helicopter to force Indu to leave with him, but Mithra's painting awakens Indu's past-life memories. Harsha confronts Raghuveer as Indu reaffirms her love for him. Solomon destroys the helicopter with his car, Raghuveer loses his right hand, Raghuveer falls to his death, and Harsha and Indu finally reunite.
