Kaasi arrives in Mumbai determined to track down the men who killed his parents. He tracks them down one by one and kills the first two. The third killer manages to escape, leaving Kaasi with a plan to pursue him.

In Dharavi, the rival gangs led by Ravi Bhai and Mani Bhai clash with Siva at the top. During an election, Siva rescues Mani Bhai from goons, showing a fragile truce among enemies. Raghu, Siva's younger brother, is brought along to a wedding, and after a twist, Siva ends up marrying the girl himself.

Kaasi meets Anjali and falls in love after defending her father from harassment by goons. The romance complicates his mission as he plans to confront the killers while navigating his feelings.

Kaasi and Anjali go to a restaurant where Siva and his wife are also present. Kaasi and Siva recognize each other from a previous prison meeting, revealing their shared past and current enmity.

A builder seeks Ravi Bhai's protection against threats to his property. Kaasi tries to arrange protection, but Mani Bhai kills the builder with Siva's help, exposing the fragile loyalties in their world. The builder's flight to Singapore is stalled by an hour.

During a scuffle, Kaasi and Siva's phones are swapped and they escape. Ravi Bhai calls Siva on Kaasi's phone, asking him to store weapons obtained from a party. Siva uses the ploy to carry out a revenge scheme, arranging for a man to steal the weapons and flee from the police.

Siva learns that his brother Raghu is missing and sets out to find him. He locates the culprits and punishes the goons involved, including Mani Bhai’s son, demonstrating the brutal code of the rival camps.

After a bitter clash with Mani Bhai, Siva leaves his gang and asks Kaasi to protect his brother. Kaasi agrees, but Ravi Bhai arrives and demands the brother back, leading to a tense confrontation in which Kaasi refuses to hand him over.

Ravi and Mani scheme to kill Siva's brother by targeting Anjali, hoping to divert Kaasi. The plan succeeds in triggering a chain of violent events that culminates in the brother's death and Siva's rage toward Kaasi.

Realizing the depth of Ravi and Mani's plan, Siva and Kaasi join forces to eliminate the rival gangsters, including Ravi's son Raja. Kaasi asks that Raja be spared, while the two brothers prepare for a climactic confrontation.

The climactic clash unfolds on a train engine as the two sides clash and most gangsters are killed. The vendetta reaches its peak and both men confront the wreckage of their loyalties and choices.

In the aftermath, Mani fires Kaasi, and a tense sequence follows on the train. Siva hesitates as Kaasi is wounded, and Kaasi dies as a result of the injuries, marking the tragic end of his quest for vengeance.
