Kasi Arjun Sarja travels to Mumbai to track down the killers of his parents, a dangerous mission that leads him to confront the first two culprits and complete their elimination, though the third one manages to slip away. In the labyrinth of Dharavi, two brothers, Ravi Bhai Raj Kapoor and Mani Bhai Periya Karuppu Thevar, command rival gangs and constantly clash, turning the underworld into a powder keg of rivalries and shifting loyalties. To close the net on the unseen killer, Kasi joins Ravi Bhai’s faction, only to discover that the real power is not just in numbers but in the complex web of betrayals that binds the city’s criminals.

At the same time, Siva Jagapati Babu, one of the top goons, runs his own brutal authority and watches over a younger brother, Raghu, whom he sometimes drags into dramatic moments like wedding celebrations gone awry. Siva’s path becomes deeply entangled with Kasi’s when, during a crowded election, Siva rescues Mani Bhai from trouble, illustrating how their lives will forever cross paths even as they operate on opposite sides. Siva’s personal life takes a sharp turn when his younger brother is brought to see a girl getting married, and in a turn of fate, he ends up marrying that same girl.

Kaasi’s heart is won by Anjali Vedhika after a dangerous confrontation where he fights for her father, who has been harassed by goons. Their budding romance blossoms further when Kaasi and Anjali share a meal in a restaurant, a place where Siva and his wife are also present. The moment they realize each other’s identities—Kasi and Siva, once cohorts in prison but now rivals—the tension in the room thickens, underscoring the old debts and new hostilities rattling both camps.

A builder seeking protection lands Ravi Bhai’s attention, claiming his brother’s threats over a property deal and a possible move to Singapore. Kasi senses an opening to prove his mettle, arranging protection, but the attempt fails and Mani Bhai, with Siva’s help, eliminates the builder. The drama is intensified by a small but telling detail: the flight was delayed by an hour, a delay that changes the fate of several characters and tightens the knot of vengeance. Ravi Bhai consoles Kasi in his moment of distress, reinforcing the fragile ties that still bind them.

A sudden mix-up—Kasi and Siva’s phones are swapped—spurs a sequence of rash moves and evasions as both men escape with the mistaken means. A call reaches Siva on Kasi’s phone, asking him to store weapons obtained from a party, a move that Siva uses to plan revenge on Ravi Bhai by orchestrating a theft and an escape from the police. The authorities trace the loot to Ravi Bhai’s godown, only to be misled by Kasi, who convinces the cops that the godown belongs to someone else. The spy-thriller element intensifies when Siva’s wife reports that his brother has vanished, and Siva responds by hunting down the culprits who harmed him, delivering punishment to the goons and even Mani Bhai’s son.

Tensions rise to a breaking point after a fierce argument with Mani Bhai, culminating in Siva walking away from his gang while Kaasi remains a stabilizing force for his own survival. The two men reconcile their divergent paths, joining forces to protect Siva’s brother even as Ravi Bhai and Mani Bhai conspire to eliminate him by targeting Anjali and steering Kaasi toward a fatal trap. The plan backfires as Siva’s brother dies, fueling Siva’s rage toward Kaasi, while the two allies realize the extent of Ravi and Mani’s machinations.

In the end, a devastating confrontation unfolds aboard a moving train, where the majority of the gangsters are killed. Kaasi faces a final, brutal turn when Mani forces him out of the criminal alliance, and Siva presses his attack on Raja, Ravi’s son. Kaasi reveals a pistol, a moment that unsettles Siva and prompts a dramatic reconsideration of loyalties. Wounded, Kaasi’s sacrifice shifts the balance of power, and in a heartbreaking turn, Siva’s changed heart comes too late to save him, as Kasi dies from his injuries, leaving the city to grapple with the fallout of a long and deadly feud.
