Love Forever

In the midst of these familial tensions, Marco and Linda—whose relationship had previously ended due to Marco’s infidelity—reconcile and decide to marry at Lars’ church, symbolizing forgiveness and second chances. As for Hanna and Samuel, their relationship remains unresolved initially, with Hanna storming out of their wedding after discovering Samuel’s proposal was driven by a desire to provoke her father. However, the final scene hints at a new chapter, with Hanna and Samuel once again discussing marriage during Marco and Linda’s wedding—this time, openly expressing their commitment. The ending suggests that they are impulsively swayed by the situation and others’ influences, leaving their future uncertain but entirely based on whim and momentary feelings, rather than firm resolve. Ultimately, the film ends with a sense of ongoing indecisiveness, emphasizing how their immature approach to love and commitment keeps their story open-ended.
