A fictional war between Luxembourg and Finland frames a collection of comic vignettes. The film follows a hapless rally team, a gay couple’s chaotic fishing outing, two trouble‑making youths navigating their final school days in spring, and a spooky haunted hotel, among other absurd scenarios.
