Bernie tries to cook and accidentally pops the top off the kitchen sink faucet, causing water to spray everywhere. He also pulls off the lever to the water switch, unleashing a chaotic flow. The mishap marks the first domino in the family's unraveling.

A Russian family—Piotr and his two sons Dmitri and Igor—arrives at the Christian house looking for work. Sarah and Adam both take interest in Dmitri and Igor, sparking awkward attraction. The household dynamics begin to shift as visitors settle in.

Eva suffers a head injury and is bedridden, told to stay home and relax after a diagnosis of burnout. Bernie tries to manage the situation and calls Piotr and his sons for help. The family mood grows heavier as Eva remains confined to the house.

The Russians begin tearing the house apart and corrupt the family one by one. Sarah and Dmitri form a relationship, and Adam is drawn to Igor. Igor convinces Adam to make crystal meth using his chemistry set, and Adam becomes addicted after seeing a green alien.

Eva is fired from her job and becomes increasingly angry due to the loud noises of the housework. Bernie catches Dmitri and Sarah having sex and Adam and Igor smoking. Eva reveals her firing and cuts open her arm, beginning to take pills that she is given.

Bernie has a disturbing vision with a voice saying 'Kill them all' and prays to Jesus for guidance. He asks Jesus what to do, but the reply is vague and unsettling. He gathers the family to leave the house and visit their aunt, only to be met with resistance as a police officer arrives and is promptly killed by Piotr, who insists they will stay until they find what they’re looking for.

The hostage situation deepens as Eva tells Bernie she no longer loves him and begins to fall for Piotr. Sarah reveals she’s pregnant, adding another layer of tension to the already volatile household. The room fills with fear, anger, and uncertain loyalties.

Bernie continues his uneasy conversations with Jesus, receiving vague, cryptic guidance. He slips Eva’s pills into Piotr’s vodka in a bid to knock him out and free the family. The act highlights Bernie’s struggle between faith, violence, and desperate survival.

Bernie confronts his violent impulses, is knocked out and crucified. The remaining Christians and Russians share a hedonistic sausage-feast, tension flares when Igor kisses Adam, and Piotr disowns Igor. Angel the dog returns with a rat and is killed by Piotr, escalating the carnage.

The FBI arrives and Piotr lays out demands for a plane to Russia. Igor captures Adam after telling him sorrowfully that the green alien will never return. The Russians uncover the mummified corpse of Piotr’s infant daughter Olga, a revelation that reframes the entire saga.

Piotr explains Nadia, his wife, helped pull off a bank robbery; during the getaway she dies and Olga is left behind in the house. Nadia’s corpse is hidden in an asbestos bag, and Officer Janssen murders Nadia, a truth Piotr reveals with grim pride. Bernie is forced to witness the brutal disclosure as Dmitri and Piotr push their violence further.

Bernie experiences another vision of Jesus, whose guidance remains maddeningly vague. He impales Jesus and breaks free, then sets Olga’s corpse on fire and hurls it into Adam’s chemistry lab, triggering a massive explosion. The blast cements the collapse of the fragile truce between the families.

A chaotic shootout erupts as the FBI closes in and Piotr’s demands spiral. The episode kills many in the FBI and, shockingly, the studio audience, leaving the survivors reeling. Officer Janssen arrives only to be gunned down by Bernie, who asserts control amid the carnage.

Piotr, near death from his own plans, confronts Bernie and is killed after a brutal struggle. Bernie reveals his survival and vengeance, shoving a Jesus figurine up Piotr’s anus in a moment of savage release. Eva’s feelings for Bernie rekindle as Adam is saved from collapse and Dmitri dies.

With the set destroyed, Eva cleans up as Bernie and Eva share a passionate kiss, signaling a fragile, renewed connection. The rest of the family and Dmitri arrive for a final, heartfelt hug as the credits roll and the chaos finally slows to a uneasy peace.
