Kondapalli Raja

Subbulakshmi (Subbu) is Raja's wife, portrayed by Nagma. She is a pillar of support who stands by her husband through the ups and downs of his rise and the family upheavals caused by others' schemes.

Shanthi is the poor woman Ashok loves, highlighting the social divide at the heart of the story. Her struggles bring vulnerability to the conflict and she becomes a catalyst for actions that bridge class boundaries.
