The Deadly Sapmi Assassination Squad stormed the Kautokeino community centre during the traditional engagement coffee ceremony with the explicit mission to kill everyone present. No survivors were supposed to leave, making it a coordinated mass killing targeting all attendees at the celebration.

Despite the brutal attack that killed numerous guests and family members, Jompa miraculously survived the onslaught. He was left in a deep coma following the massacre, with the assailants believing they had completed their mission before vanishing from the scene.

The legendary Bladesmith Fugioshi Shinaga forged a katana specifically for Jompa after he awoke from his coma. This weapon marked his transformation from survivor to avenger as he set out to confront the members of the Deadly Sapmi Assassination Squad.

Despite Jompa being in a coma, police inspector Sid Wisløff becomes convinced that Jompa himself killed all the guests. He even proposes the absurd theory that Jompa staged a suicide by shooting his own head four times to appear innocent, demonstrating his prejudiced and unconventional investigative approach.

The squad consists of five members: Tampa Buljo, Crazy Beibifeit, Dr. Kjell Driver, and Bud Light. They carried out the coordinated attack at the engagement party and became targets for Jompa's revenge campaign.

Tampa Buljo is the first member of the Deadly Sapmi Assassination Squad that Jompa locates and confronts after awakening from his coma. The encounter is swift and deadly, with Jompa settling the score in a lethal confrontation.

Peggy Mathilassi is a Sami pathfinder who aids the police investigation led by Sid Wisløff and Unni Formen. Her knowledge of the terrain helps the authorities track Jompa's movements as he pursues his revenge against the assassination squad.

Sid Wisløff is portrayed as a police inspector notorious for his extreme hatred of Sami people and women. His controversial approach combines sharp investigative skills with deep-seated prejudices, making him a polarizing figure in the story.

Jompa systematically tracks down and confronts four members of the Deadly Sapmi Assassination Squad: Tampa Buljo, Crazy Beibifeit, Dr. Kjell Driver, and Bud Light. Each confrontation is brutal and decisive as he works through his list of targets.

After awakening from his coma, Jompa decides to seek revenge against those responsible for the massacre. He commissions a katana from Fugioshi Shinaga, symbolizing his transformation from victim to avenger and providing him with a weapon for his violent quest.

Sid Wisløff and his assistant Unni Formen are assigned to investigate the massacre. Despite Wisløff's controversial methods and mistaken suspicion of Jompa, they continue pursuing the investigation while also hunting down Jompa himself as he carries out his revenge mission.
