Widowed industrialist Sulakshana Devi lives a lavish yet hectic life with her son Ravi and nephew Balwant. After being told Ravi died in a car accident, she later meets Arun Kumar, who retrieves her purse. Unemployed and starving, he is hired, but he is a con man hoping to inherit her wealth. Meanwhile Ravi’s death is revealed as murder, and a mysterious woman named Seema and her uncle appear with ulterior motives, further complicating the drama.
