Kabaddi 4: The Final Match

Kaji resolves to become a monk and live a solitary life because he believes he cannot find a bride. His decision shocks his family and unsettles the village, which still expects him to marry and carry on the family line. This vow triggers his parents' efforts to bring him back into the fold.

Kaji's mother refuses to accept his monk vow and asks friends Chhantyal and B.K. to locate him. She even threatens to hang herself if his father remarries, pressing Kaji to return home. The crisis escalates as his family uses drastic measures to pull him back.

Chhantyal and B.K. locate him and bring his mother to plead with him. Though he resists again, her threat finally jolts him back. He returns home and resumes his duties as the school's chairman.

A new teacher, Shanti, joins the school and immediately piques Kaji's interest. She flirts with him, while he tries to brush off her advances. Their evolving dynamic introduces a potential romance amid his return to village life.

Bam Kaji, with a master's in mathematics, comes back to the village but faces pressure from his parents to marry because his ex-wife Maiya left him. He rejects the idea that any village woman is worthy and decides to leave for the city again.

On his way back to the city, Bam Kaji sees Shanti and instantly falls in love with her. He then chooses to stay in the village rather than leave permanently and seeks a job at the same school where she teaches.

Bam Kaji asks his father to help him secure a job at the institution where Shanti works and is eventually appointed as a math instructor. This locks him into the same workplace and deepens the competition for Shanti's affection.

Bam Kaji makes repeated passes on Shanti, but she seems unmoved or unconcerned by his advances. Meanwhile, Shanti continues to flirt with Kaji even as he remains wary. The playful tension grows into a complicated love triangle.

Shanti asks for a few days off to visit her mother in another village, and Bam Kaji accompanies them. During the journey, Shanti’s mother meets Kaji and Shanti and offers quiet approval of their relationship.

Upon arrival, Shanti's mother confirms there is no family opposition to their union. Kaji is surprised, since he never stated his intention to marry, but the elder assures him that their happiness matters. The moment cements the couple's growing bond.

Shanti presents a letter bearing Kaji's name, prompting him to joke that it seems to be a love letter. Later, he discovers the correspondence was written by Bam Kaji, and Bam had simply removed the 'Bam' to leave a solo 'Kaji' on the page. The moment foreshadows deeper manipulation.

Shanti hands Kaji an envelope she says is a response, but he later learns it contains Bam Kaji's suspension letter for unprofessional behavior. Bam Kaji rages and vows to reclaim his status, yet Kaji refuses to reinstate him. The confrontation underscores the fracture between the two cousins.

In a drunken rage, Bam Kaji tries to stab Kaji. His father intervenes and beats him, scolding him for harming his own cousin over a woman. Bam Kaji then attempts to abduct Shanti to force a marriage.

During Bam Kaji and Shanti's marriage ceremony, a dead body is discovered in the yard, prompting a panic that allows Kaji to flee with Shanti. Bam Kaji hunts them down, only to discover that he and Shanti were replaced by B.K. and Chhantyal in disguise. The enraged Bam Kaji walks away as Kaji and Shanti walk together; Shanti asks him to propose, and he says there is no need because she should know by now.
