Lilly urges Justin to seek training at the Tower of Wisdom, believing the place can shape seekers into true knights. He accepts, sensing the discipline of the old code might still be within reach. This decision sets him on a formal path toward knighthood.

Before leaving, Justin visits Lara, who barely notices him, but offers a dirty sock as a token of luck. He vows to return the sock once he proves himself worthy. The gesture plants a spark that will complicate his quest with romantic tension.

On the road, Justin reaches the Broken Eagle Inn, now a fast-food hub. He defends Talia from guards Igor and Slamski, earning her attention and revealing a bond that hints at destiny beyond the quest. Melquiades the wizard and the inn's atmosphere hint at larger forces at work.

Justin trains with Braulio, Legantir, and Sir Blucher at the Tower, learning the true weight of the old code. For the final test, he faces Gustav, a mechanical-winged alligator with a flamethrower, a scene that tests his resolve beyond mere swordplay. The test ends unsuccessfully, leaving him wounded and sent home to recover.

The Queen knights Justin, and Reginald agrees to restore the knights to their former place in the realm. Lara faints at the sock moment, adding warmth and humor to the victory. Justin and Talia kiss as they begin a new partnership, and a statue and hall for knights-to-be are unveiled, promising a hopeful future.
