Veera, a playboy, faces rejection from potential brides due to his behavior. Thendral agrees to marry him on the condition that he impresses her by taking her on a trip and bringing another couple along, setting the stage for their adventure. This establishes their relationship and the upcoming plans for the trip.

Veera informs his friend Vasu about the trip, and Vasu reveals he has a girlfriend named Kavya, who is Veera's ex. Kavya learns about Vasu's friendship with Veera and vows to interfere during the trip, adding tension and potential conflict to their journey.

The group departs for Thailand, where they rent a bungalow for their stay. The host warns them not to enter a specific room in the bungalow, foreshadowing upcoming mysterious and supernatural events.

Veera and Vasu accidentally consume Viagra, leading to their attempts to hide their arousal from their girlfriends. They rush into a closed room, where they discover a portrait of an under-dressed woman, setting off the supernatural horror to come.

Inside the forbidden room, Veera and Vasu witness a ghost who reveals she died as a virgin and will only find peace if she has sex with a virgin. The ghost begins haunting them, taking the form of a beautiful woman, and their attempts to escape fail.

Aware of the ghost's presence, Veera and Vasu call in Jack and Rose, disguised as Father and nun, respectively. They too become trapped as virgins, realizing they have to find a way to placate the ghost to escape.

A cook named Babyshri is hired to help pacify the ghost, and she falls in love with Jack. Later, another virgin man, Girish Kalyan, arrives and gets trapped, expanding the cast involved in the supernatural ordeal.

The group plans a party inviting several boys and girls, hoping to find a virgin to satisfy the ghost. However, none of the invitees turns out to be a virgin, complicating their efforts to resolve the haunting.

Veera decides to seduce the ghost himself, intending to end her curse, but sets a fire boundary on her following advice from a Buddhist priest. During this attempt, he nearly succeeds in seduction, risking everyone involved.

While the ghost is being tamed, all the humans involved lose their virginities as part of a plan, which leads to the ghost's death. It is revealed that Swamy and Girish are gay, adding a twist to the story's character backgrounds.
