In 1950s Hong Kong, a wave of martial artists opened gyms, quickly establishing a reputation for Ye Wen (Tang Wenlong). This draws the attention of Zheng Delong (Lin Fengyi), the powerful owner of Kowloon Walled Village, who fears Ye Wen’s growing influence. Zheng Delong frames Ye Wen for the death of Fang Fang, intending to have him arrested. A mysterious figure intervenes, rescuing Ye Wen and prompting him to seek exoneration with the help of his disciple, Amin Aqiang. Their investigation leads them deep into Kowloon Walled City, where they encounter numerous skilled fighters and uncover a dangerous conspiracy as they attempt to bring Zheng Delong to justice and clear Ye Wen’s name.
