This documentary explores the history of Israel’s kibbutzim, pioneering communities founded on socialist and communist ideals. It examines their rise to prominence, the challenges they faced, and the struggles of a new generation working to maintain the integrity of this unique social experiment. The film portrays both the hope and heartbreak as these communities navigate the complexities of a changing world and grapple with the intersection of utopian visions and market realities.
