Bianca and her brother Tomas experience the tragic loss of their parents in a car accident. Being the children of Chilean immigrants living in Italy, they find themselves alone without any relatives to support them.

Following their parents' death, Bianca and Tomas face significant bureaucratic hurdles in accessing financial support. They are unable to tap into their mother’s pension and must rely solely on their father's bank account for their needs.

In the wake of their loss, Bianca takes on the responsibility of guardian to Tomas. She begins her apprenticeship at a local hair salon, eager to establish herself in a career, but is frustrated by a three-year wait to officially become a hairdresser.

Tomas shifts his attention from computers to bodybuilding, driven by the belief that accidents can lead to unforeseen changes. This new passion leads him to skip school and spend more time at the gym, eventually taking on a role as an unpaid intern.

At the gym, Tomas meets two personal trainers who introduce him to the world of free subscription pornographic content. Seeking companionship, he invites them to stay at their home, a decision that deeply concerns Bianca.
