The village of Malaria, once vibrant and thriving, faces a dire transformation due to a devastating climate shift. Farming collapses, pushing the citizens into extreme poverty and despair, and leaving them vulnerable to the whims of their new ruler.

In response to the village's suffering, King Malbert proposes a sinister solution. He establishes a market for malevolent inventions, intending to enrich evil scientists while bringing chaos and suffering to the land.

Among the oppressed, Igor, an astute and intelligent disfigured man, stands out as he defies the stereotypical role of an 'Igor.' Though often dismissed by his master, Dr. Glickenstein, he reveals a remarkable scientific intellect and creativity.

In a secretive endeavor, Igor resurrects Scamper, a sarcastic rabbit, after the creature meets a tragic end. This act of science not only breathes life into Scamper once more but grants him immortality, showcasing Igor's genius.

Igor also revives the brain of a man named Brian, placing it into a robotic life-support system. This blend of science and imagination further highlights Igor's extraordinary abilities and foreshadows the events to come.

As Dr. Glickenstein prepares for the prestigious Evil Scientists Fair with a dubious invention, tragedy strikes. He dies during a test run, leaving Igor the chance to reshape his fate and conceal his master's demise.

Seizing the opportunity after his master's death, Igor enters the Evil Scientists Fair. He constructs a massive creature from human remains, intending to create a harbinger of evil, but fate has other plans for his creation.

When Igor breathes life into his creation, he discovers that she is not the evil monster he anticipated, but rather a gentle and kind being. Mistakenly believing she is part of a role audition, she adopts the name Eva.

Determined to mold Eva into a being of evil, Igor takes her to the 'Brain-Wash' to instill terror. However, an unexpected mishap leads to a mix-up, causing her to develop a warm and endearing disposition.

Dr. Schadenfreude, a seasoned winner of the Evil Scientists Fair, learns of Igor's endeavors. He becomes desperate to claim Eva for himself, initiating a series of failed attempts and clever dodges put forth by Igor and his companions.

As tensions build, Eva's self-worth is challenged after an interrogation. A heartbreaking misunderstanding occurs when she spots Igor sharing a moment with another woman, leading to accusations of betrayal and anger from the King.

Driven by a spiteful agenda, Dr. Schadenfreude reactivates Eva's Evil Bone, turning her into a fierce creature. In the meantime, Igor finds himself trapped and at the mercy of the King, seemingly losing everything he fought for.

Amid the chaos, Igor uncovers the true source of Malaria's perpetual darkness—a weather-controlling device hidden within the King's castle. Determined to confront the King, he rushes to the arena to reclaim his fate.

In a pivotal confrontation, Igor pleads with Eva, reminding her that every being has the power of choice regarding their inner evil. This heartfelt plea prompts Eva to overcome her turmoil, leading to mutual forgiveness.

With the sun shining over Malaria thanks to Scamper and Brain nullifying the weather device, the King is exposed for his deceitful reign. Igor is celebrated as the new King, and the Evil Scientists Fair transforms into a joyful festival of musical theater.
