Fifty years after the events, Camden College student Dylan tells his girlfriend Gabby and roommate Kolt about the abandoned asylum's haunted history. A new student, Emma, moves in as Gabby's roommate. Kolt takes a liking to her, while Allyson, Christine, and Blythe keep their distance.
