His Highness Abdullah

Ravi Varma, with his father Prabhakara Varma, Rajaraja Varma, and Kesava Pillai, begins seeking methods to kill King Udaya Varma Thampuran to usurp his wealth. They fear losing the fortune to the king and see eliminating him as a path to secure their family's future.

Bhagirathi Thampuratti sinks into depression after the untimely death of their son. She is kept confined at home, while Radha, Thampuran's daughter, is guarded and largely kept out of sight. The conspirators worry that Radha's potential inheritance could disrupt their scheme.

Cheriyachan Thampuran, the blind uncle of Thampuran, offers to help the plot in exchange for a share of the wealth. He provides strategic advice on how to strike at the king without exposing the conspirators. The others accept his terms to improve their chances of success.

Ravi Varma travels to Mumbai to find a killer and secure outside help. In Mumbai, he meets Jamal, who becomes his ally and facilitator. Jamal introduces him to Abdullah, who agrees to join the plot for money.

Jamal arranges for Abdullah to come to Kerala to kill Thampuran, with Abdullah adopting the disguise of Ananthan Namboothiri. He accepts the plan after being persuaded by Jamal and the prospect of payment.

Abdullah arrives at the Kerala palace in disguise as Ananthan Namboodiri, presenting himself as a friend of Ravi Varma. Thampuran allows him to stay for a couple of days. Bhagirathi believes Ananthan is Unni, and her condition seems to ease as she projects his return.

Radha falls in love with Ananthan as he dines with Thampuran and grows close to the king. The growing affection deepens Ananthan's integration into palace life, complicating the conspirators' plan.

Gupthan, the king's younger nephew, learns of Radha's affection for Ananthan and misleads Ramanattukara Ananthan Namboodirippad into thinking Ananthan is a failure. Ramanattukara travels to the palace and competes with Ananthan, performing the Devasabhathalam, and is impressed by his talent.

Ananthan tells the group he cannot kill Thampuran and reveals his own connection as the friend's son. He pleads for mercy and urges them to spare the king, warning that more danger looms from within their own ranks.

Ravi Varma returns to Mumbai to hire Kabir, a goon who can carry out the killing. Kabir and his crew prepare to travel to Kerala and rejoin the plot, bringing a more violent option to the conspiracy.

Thampuran discovers Ananthan is Abdullah when he sees Ananthan and Jamal performing Namaz. He becomes furious and orders Ananthan to leave the palace. Ananthan admits his deception and explains that he was surrounded by enemies from his own family.

Kabir and his henchmen attack the palace in search of Thampuran, but Ananthan overpowers them. He frees Thampuran, who had been locked away to protect him, and the two reconcile. Thampuran realizes that Ananthan is his friend's son and regrets his earlier disbelief.

Thampuran asks Ananthan to stay in the palace as Unni and to marry Radha. He names Radha as the successor to all his wealth, ensuring the estate remains in the family. Ananthan accepts, choosing loyalty and love over the murderous plot.
