After her mother is slain by a scarf‑wielding killer called Silk, a traumatised woman with amnesia is placed in a mental asylum. Silk tracks her there, seeking documents the mother possessed. The institution’s deranged doctor conducts cruel chemical lobotomy experiments, making the killer only the first of her horrors.
