A junior high student spends his evenings at a disco while his parents prioritize partner‑swapping parties over family time. One night, while shoplifting, a young woman helps him complete the theft. Entranced, he follows her home; after a clumsy attempted assault, she lets him stay, and they drift through a lazy summer together.
