A Hong Kong police officer, played by Mark Cheng, travels to New York City hoping to repair his relationship with his estranged wife, portrayed by Yvonne Yung Hung. He soon discovers that the criminal who tormented him in Hong Kong, played by Patrick Lung Kong, has also fled to the United States, forcing the cop into a showdown far from home.
