In the final days at the Gulmohar house, the Batra family finally lets the walls that have kept their secrets crack open. After a tense interview, Adi decides not to abandon his start‑up; instead he accepts his father’s investment, buoyed by his wife Divya’s encouragement, and walks away with a renewed belief in his own path.

Amrita, whose heart has been tugged in two directions, summons the courage to tell her boyfriend Ankur that she is in love with a woman. Though hurt, Ankur responds with quiet dignity, letting her go and returning to the band as its keyboardist, allowing Amrita to step into the truth of her identity.

Jeetu, who has been haunted by his own doubts, finally answers Reshma’s confession of love after a friend points out his tendency to shrink himself. Their tentative connection signals the possibility of moving beyond insecurity.

Sudhakar, the patriarchal uncle whose bitterness has poisoned many relationships, is confronted by his son and daughter‑in‑law. Stripped of his self‑pity, he is left without sympathy; a spilled glass of water on the old will symbolises the collapse of his imagined moral superiority, and Kusum tells him she never wants to see him again.

Meanwhile, Arun, still reeling from the revelation that his father’s will left everything to Sudhakar, meets his biological father for the first time at a roadside tea stall. The encounter does not erase the past, but the older man’s simple gratitude for having raised a happy child gives Arun a moment of peace and a clearer sense of who he is.

The family gathers for one last Holi celebration in Gulmohar, splashing colour over the lingering grievances and marking a fresh start. In the closing scene, we learn that Kusum’s former college love, Supriya, now lives in Pondicherry, and Kusum appears ready to explore that long‑dormant romance, hinting that the cycle of choosing one’s own happiness over imposed duty continues beyond the house’s walls.
