Living a nomadic existence in a van, a quiet father and his teenage daughter travel through Russia, earning a sparse income by operating a mobile cinema. Their journey takes them across the country’s expansive landscapes, from the southern regions to the north. Along their route, they encounter a community of independent individuals living on the fringes of society, enduring and challenging their surroundings. The film utilizes long takes to capture both the beauty of the scenery and the intimacy of their confined living space.
