A colossal monster, Raiga, emerges in Atami Harbor, initiating a devastating attack on the city. Soon after, another giant creature, Ohga, joins the destruction, and the two titans engage in a destructive battle that tears through the area. In response, defense forces deploy experimental weaponry, including the powerful Kamikaze tank and the Gokumei drill tank, to combat the monster invasion. As Raiga and Ohga advance toward Tokyo, the effectiveness of these new weapons becomes crucial in preventing further devastation.
