Two years after Galactor's defeat, a cruise liner is ambushed by Leader X, leaving most passengers dead or ruined. Among the survivors is a young child named Sammy who is captured and cruelly aged into the new commander Giersadora.

Giersadora takes command of Galactor, outwardly presenting as an adult while still flashing the childish temper that lingers beneath the surface. She steps in as Berg Katze’s replacement, signaling a renewed threat to Earth.

The Galactor threat resurges, forcing the Science Ninja Team to answer the old alarm. The team is pulled back into action as new dangers and rivalries emerge from the shadows.

Hawk Getz is introduced as a replacement for Joe, posing as a capable operative while secretly serving as a Galactor agent in disguise. His presence tests the team’s trust and foreshadows deeper duplicities at work.

Getz is felled by a mysterious feather-shaped shuriken, revealing that darker conspiracies are at play. The incident stirs suspicion within the team and deepens the intrigue surrounding Galactor.

Joe reappears in the fourth episode, having survived the life-threatening injuries that closed out the previous series. He is saved by an ex-Galactor scientist and subjected to cybernetic augmentations, returning to the team with new capabilities.

Dr. Pandora arrives, driven by grief over the loss of her husband and child in the catastrophe. Unknown to her, her child Sammie survived and is now Giersadora, a twist that reconfigures loyalties and raises painful questions for Pandora.

The revelation that Sammie is the very Giersadora in disguise reconfigures loyalties within the team and among Galactor factions. Emotions run high as past ties collide with present threats.

The series introduces upgraded hardware, including the space-worthy flagship New GodPhoenix and a fleet of bird-motif mecha. These assets mark a leap in firepower and strategic reach for the Science Ninja Team.

The New GodPhoenix can deploy a robot pilot named Pima, adding a fresh layer of strategy to space battles. The fleet’s coordination improves as Pima integrates with the crew’s tactics.

Jun debuts a shorter, straighter hairstyle, reflecting the updated visual identity of the revived series. Jinpei’s age climbs to about thirteen, signaling greater maturity and new personal challenges for the team.

Throughout the arc, betrayals and hidden identities intensify, challenging loyalties and forcing characters to question who can be trusted. The line between ally and adversary grows increasingly blurred as the revival unfolds.
