Aman, a ruthless gunslinger, stalks a desolate desert frontier where a group of disfigured people gathers near a railroad. In a cold, decisive moment he kills one of the dead and tears out the head and spine, a grisly display that foreshadows the film's rules about life, death, and vengeance. His methodical brutality establishes the dangerous tone of the story.

Aman arrives as criminals are being transported and cuts through the guards with ease. He frees one inmate named Fabulos, while the rest of the gang is hustled toward a distant settlement to hang. The act marks the beginning of a deadly alliance between Aman and Fabulos against a broader desert threat.

As the convoy advances, a bizarre group led by the skinless Kansa erupts the settlement in a brutal raid. They slaughter many inhabitants and leave a trail of carnage in the desert heat. The escape and rescue plans are thrown into chaos.

Stark flashbacks reveal that the same outlaw gang had once raped Aman’s lover. Aman hunted them down and killed them while they were imprisoned and powerless. The memory shapes his ruthless code and sets up the motive for vengeance.

The film reveals a terrifying rule: anyone killed by Aman returns from the dead as undead. The exception is Kansa’s deceased son, who remains truly gone. Undead shed their skins after a week and use the living's skin as replacements; the only sure way to end them is to destroy their brains.

While visiting a woman and child, Aman and Fabulos narrowly survive an undead assault. Four attackers are slain, but Fabulos is badly wounded, and Aman makes the heartbreaking decision to kill him so he can return as undead and continue the fight.

Kansa, having donned a fresh skin, arrives at a secret temple with two undead followers. They take hostage the beautiful Angel, whom they captured earlier. The scene marks a crucial turn in the pursuit.

Kansa clings to the dangerous belief that the temple holds a method to resurrect his dead son. The belief proves to be a false trail, driving the pursuit forward and raising the stakes in the siege.

The pursuit continues as Aman links up with undead Fabulos. The two close in on Kansa and his followers, highlighting the film's relentless chase through the desert.

In a decisive strike, Aman defeats Kansa and his remaining followers. He departs bearing Kansa’s head, a brutal trophy that seals the villain's fate and reinforces his own vow for vengeance.

Angel maintains a pale, seductive presence at the scene, moving toward Fabulos as Aman leaves. The moment hints that the cycle of life, death, and vengeance may continue beyond this confrontation.

The desert settles back into silence, but the undead rule and Aman's curse linger in the memory of those who survived. The story closes on the uneasy balance between salvation and the inescapable pull of blood-soaked vengeance.
