On the desolate planet Organthus, Mitri, the oracle of the ‘game,’ dialogues with the enigmatic Master, who is enveloped in a blue energy field. Mitri receives alarming news about the *Remus* and warns the Master that he is embarking on a perilous scheme, yet the Master remains resolute about his plan to investigate.

Commander Ilvar introduces himself to Captain Trantor aboard the *Quest* as she begins activating the ship's systems. Tensions arise as Trantor erases the preset hyper-jump coordinates, revealing her heavy burden of surviving a catastrophic event on the *Hesperus*.

After a tumultuous hyper-jump, the crew of the *Quest* arrives at Organthus, but their systems malfunction upon nearing the planet. Trantor enlists the help of Dameia, the tech chief, and despite ongoing issues, they manage to land safely on the surface.

The crew boards the *Remus* to uncover the truth behind its mysterious fate. Tension mounts when rookie Cos encounters a terrifying insect-like creature, leading to a frantic escape and reuniting with Baelon and Alluma.

Cabren and Quuhod stumble upon the remains of a *Remus* crew member, while Cos, unfortunately, lags behind and becomes a victim of a monstrous insect lurking in the shadows. The team’s initial hope quickly turns to dread as they realize they are not alone.

During an exploration mission, the crew discovers a mysterious pyramid structure on Organthus. Commander Ilvar splits the team, with some members venturing into the pyramid's outer limits while others remain cautious, hinting at the dangers that lie ahead.

As they explore the pyramid, Commander Ilvar meets a grim fate when he is attacked by a sinister creature that emerges from a wormhole. This shocking event leaves the crew reeling and facing the harsh reality of their perilous situation.

With tensions running high, Baelon dismisses Alluma's warnings about a looming danger inside the pyramid. As the group navigates the ancient structure, they face not only physical threats but also the strains of their interpersonal relationships.
