Charlie Swift introduces himself as a concierge and problem solver for the big players in the business world. He finds himself in a dire situation, having to navigate through a complex network of crime and danger.

Charlie is tasked with finding a boy named Blade, who is inexperienced in the world of crime. With some hesitation, Charlie picks up Blade, noticing his enthusiastic demeanor which may complicate their dangerous assignment.

Upon arriving at their target's location, Blade disguises himself as a cake delivery guy. Charlie is shocked when the cake hides a detonator, which Blade activates, blowing the head off their target, Rollo.

To convince Beggar that Rollo is indeed dead, Charlie consults Rollo's girlfriend, Marcie Kramer. Marcie, a skilled taxidermist, identifies Rollo by a tattoo on his waist, confirming the grim news.

As tensions rise, Blade reveals his true colors and attempts to turn against Charlie. However, in his clumsiness with firearms, he accidentally shoots himself instead, complicating matters further for Charlie.

In a chaotic turn of events, the car carrying Blade strikes a transformer and ignites. This incident leads to Rollo's body being completely burned, leaving Charlie with an urgent problem to solve.

Desperate to convince Beggar, Charlie devises a plan to cut off Blade's head and affix it to Rollo’s burnt body. With Marcie's help, they recreate the tattoo to further authenticate the decoy.

Charlie presents the faked evidence to Beggar, who unwittingly accepts it as proof of Rollo's death. This tricky maneuver secures Charlie's standing while simultaneously keeping him in Beggar's good graces.

On Stan’s birthday, Charlie approaches him about Beggar's proposal. Stan, respected but wary, implores Charlie not to engage with the dangerous Beggar, foreshadowing the impending conflict.

Realizing Rollo had critical evidence against Beggar, Charlie seeks assistance from Marcie. As they investigate, they find themselves racing against time while avoiding Beggar's men.

Charlie encounters Beggar's most dangerous associate, The Freak, while searching for evidence. He manages to escape a deadly situation, showcasing both his wit and desperation to uncover the truth.

At the climax, Charlie reveals the incriminating evidence to Sal, gaining permission to kill Beggar. In a cleverly orchestrated plan, Charlie orchestrates the murder of Beggar, freeing Marcie and securing their future.
