Aldo, another janitor, is fired after a confrontation with Mr. Long. Daryll tries to intervene by speaking to Long, hoping to reinstate Aldo, but discovers the firing was due to Aldo being disrespectful and possibly reflecting xenophobic sentiments from his Vietnam War experiences.
