Nerdy college student Alistair moves in with Larnell and his stoner roommates after Larnell answers an ad for a supposedly possessed bong. The group begins smoking from the bong, with Alistair abstaining at first. The presence of the bong shifts the group's routine and foreshadows darker events.

Alistair meets Brett's girlfriend Luann and her friend Janet, and a quiet crush begins to form. The social dynamic in the house deepens as connections develop beyond the initial roommates. The encounter sets up tensions that matter later in the story.

That same night, Bachman's soul is dragged into the Bong World, a hellish strip club inside the Evil Bong. There he meets Ooga Booga and Ivan Burroughs who warn him to beware the Bong. A skull-bra stripper kills him, sealing his fate inside the cursed object.

The next morning the roommates discover Bachman dead on the couch. Alistair speculates it might be weed, but Larnell points out that everyone smoked. The bong itself seems to have changed, with a face starting to appear on its surface.

Larnell is visited by his paralyzed, wealthy grandfather Cyril, who reveals that he has remarried. The news adds pressure to Larnell and hints at the wider family tensions surrounding the house. The moment marks a shift in the household's atmosphere.

The sentient bong begins speaking to Larnell, isolating him from the others. It tempts him to smoke, and he yields, getting drawn into the Bong World where he sees Bachman again and Cyril appears as well. The event marks the first direct link between Larnell and the Bong World.

Inside the Bong World, Larnell is killed in a manner mirroring Bachman’s fate. In the real world the group smokes again and finds themselves trapped in the same Bong World strip club, where they are greeted by Jack Attack as Luann is dragged away by a bouncer.

Brett encounters his ex-girlfriend Carla Brewster in the Bong World, who uses her lip-cupped bra to bite off his genitals, killing him. The gruesome fate underscores the Bong World’s deadly control over the smokers. The group continues to confront the horrors of the cursed artifact.

Janet falls prey to the Bong and passes out, prompting Jimbo Leary to enter and declare that the bong, named Eebee, carries a voodoo curse. He explains that repeated hits pull people into the Bong World where they can be killed. The situation escalates into a showdown over the artifact.

Seeing Janet in peril, Alistair crosses into the Bong World to save her. Inside, he encounters the strange landscape and even meets a familiar figure, Jack Deth, while resisting Eebee’s seductions from the Bong World’s strippers. The rescue mission broadens the battle against the cursed artifact.

Eebee reveals her motive to control the world by turning the air into pot smoke and the oceans into bong water. Jimbo provides vitamins to sober the group, enabling a chance to escape. The plan raises stakes as the heroes seek a way out.

Jimbo, having just entered the Bong World, tells the others to flee while he handles Eebee. He activates a time bomb strapped to his chest and blows up Eebee, sacrificing himself to end the immediate threat. The blast disrupts the Bong World’s hold on the group.

Back in the real world, the group regains their souls and wakes up as if resurrected. The bong is shattered into pieces, signaling the end of its power. Jimbo is presumed dead, but his fate is left open as the Bong World’s rule shifts.

In a final twist, the closing scene reveals that Jimbo has become the new king of the Bong World, suggesting the cycle will continue for future victims. The possessed artifact remains destroyed, but its influence lingers through Jimbo’s new throne. The film ends on a dark, comic note.
