Ernest, a kind but grumpy bear, and Celestine, a spirited mouse, travel to the faraway land of Gibberitia. Ernest needs to have his beloved violin repaired, but they discover that music has been banned for years, leaving the once-joyful nation quiet and subdued. Along with new friends, including a mysterious figure, Ernest and Celestine set out to restore the music and bring happiness back to the people of Gibberitia.
