Continuing the Eko Eko Azarak saga as its fourth installment, the film picks up after the events of the second movie. Teen witch Misa Kuroi begins to grasp the magnitude of her newly‑wielded powers, and when she and her friends are ambushed by a mysterious force in a forest, the strength of her abilities—and the fear they provoke throughout Japan—are put to the ultimate test.
