A woman is contacted on social media by a former middle school acquaintance she doesn't recall well. They agree to meet at a hotel restaurant, where they unexpectedly discover a room numbered 666. Inside, they find Rokuroku, a mysterious woman with an unusually long neck, dressed in a striking red kimono. The encounter sets off a series of unsettling events and raises questions about Rokuroku's identity and the meaning behind the room number.
