In the sweltering heat of 1890s Siam, Siang, a mysterious Muay Thai warrior, dedicates himself to restoring justice within the Buddhist temple of his upbringing. His dual mission involves recovering stolen water buffalo from cattle raiders and seeking vengeance for the tragic murder of his parents.

Lord Waeng, a formidable noble, schemes to control the agricultural domain and monopolize the steam tractor market. His ruthlessness leads him to hire a hulking ex-convict and teams up with Siang, concocting a plan to set fire to Isan's farmhouses and slaughter cattle traders.

Waeng's plan results in the indiscriminate slaughter of countless water buffalo, devastating the hardworking farmers in Isan. The destruction of these vital draft animals seriously hampers the farmers' efforts to cultivate rice, plunging them deeper into poverty.

As Siang attempts to steal from Singh, a powerful cattle trader with supernatural traits, he encounters an unexpected confrontation but decides to retreat. Singh's enigmatic tattoo catches Siang's eye, hinting at deeper magical connections yet to unfold.

Seeking guidance, Lord Waeng consults Nai Hoi Dam, a former partner of Singh, who reveals a chilling truth that could lead to revenge against Singh. Dam shares that the curse binding him can be broken with the menstrual blood of an untouched virgin.

In a deceitful twist, Waeng manipulates Siang into believing they share a common enemy in Singh by presenting himself as a fellow orphan wronged by him. Their plan catches Singh off-guard, but the truth of Dam's intentions looms ominously.

Dam shockingly reveals himself as the orchestrator behind the deaths of Siang's parents. The tattoo that intrigued Siang symbolizes their intertwined fates, propelling them into a bitter confrontation that tests their resilience and determination.

Upon entering Waeng's lavish palace, a startling truth unfolds regarding E'Sao, whom Dam claims as his daughter. The dark intentions of Dam are revealed as he plots to abuse E'Sao while incapacitating Singh with his sorcery.
