Nurse Liang Shanbo and actress Zhu Yingtai, mismatched cousins who inherit a rental house, find a room rented to Ben, a violent gangster. Injured, Ben collapses into Yingtai’s arms, whispering a mysterious code before dying. A man claiming to be Ben’s brother appears to solve the case, while the gangsters who killed Ben hunt the girls for the code they think unlocks something valuable.
