Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado

Ten years earlier, Dora and Diego's grandfather shares Incan stories about Sol Dorado, a magical star that can grant selfless wishes. Dora receives a Map she believes guides her on adventures and explores the Amazon rainforest with her brother Diego, rescuing a monkey named Boots along the way.

Dora embarks on a new adventure to find Sol Dorado, motivated by the legend of the fallen star. Diego joins her only at the final stages, as Dora interprets a quipu leading toward a mysterious artifact inside a cave.

The cave containing the artifact catches on fire due to a booby trap, and Diego uses his Rescue Pack to save Dora from danger. During the escape, Dora's Map is destroyed in the fire, fueling her feelings of loss and inadequacy.

Dora is diverted to Jungle World, where Camila, the new manager, is interested in finding the Emperor's Bracelet, believed to be the key to Sol Dorado. Dora joins as a guide, feeling conflicted after losing her Map.

While exploring, Dora sneaks into a forbidden area and unlocks a box, causing the bracelet to attach to her wrist. She experiences a vision revealing three entrances to Sol Dorado, setting the course for the next adventure.

Camila finds the box empty and suspects Dora of theft. She orders her men to stop Dora from escaping, but the bracelet helps Dora evade capture. During their escape, Diego's girlfriend Naiya is introduced as their driver, and they crash in the jungle.

Dora, Diego, and Naiya follow the vision to the first location, El Gran Valle de la Muerte. They decipher a quipu and navigate through grave sites before being threatened by collapsing walls, advancing their quest for Sol Dorado.

Further visions lead them to the Macaws of Cinchona. Dora's attempt to solve a math puzzle helps them cross spiked obstacles, unlocking the next clue. Naiya's Sudoku skills assist in progressing the journey.

Swiping by Swiper the Fox results in Dora losing her Backpack and the trail becomes harder to follow. Dora is heartbroken and considers abandoning the quest, but Diego reaches out emotionally, lifting her spirits and receiving a vision of the third location.

Guided by her star reading, Dora leads the team to the Temple of Light, where she falls off a cliff during an encounter with Camila. She later wakes up to realize she herself is the true map, using the stars to find her way.

Dora activates her Rescue Pack and uses the artifact to open the Temple. Inside, she and Camila decode the quipu together, revealing the final clues to Sol Dorado. Camila confesses her personal failures, leading to her sacrifice to open the gateway.

Camila and Dora use the bracelet to unlock Sol Dorado, but instead of selfish wishes, they choose to make a selfless wish to prevent Diego from losing his internship. This act of selflessness marks their true discovery of themselves as the Crusader and Explorer.

Diego and Naiya reconcile, promising to stay connected. Diego bids farewell and departs for New York City. Dora, having completed her adventure, receives a new Map from Diego, symbolizing another journey ahead under the green flash.
